GLOBE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.
My P1000 load that I loaded last night is still not credited to my balance. It's almost 11 hours since. I also can't do mobile banking with globe anymore. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS KEEP HANGING UP.

Inappropriate?1000? oh a very large amount.Try going to business center cguro bka dun mabigay na yung nawalang 1000 na load.Diba pag tumawag ka sa kanila,may sinasabi silang wait within 3-5 working days.Ano ba sinabi sa'yo?Yung ibang csr po ng globe,nawawala bigla,ewan ko kung binababa o may sira lang.di naman ako ang nagbababa eh.

Inappropriate?i feel so aggravated also, GLOBE SUCK OUT 200 pesos. i was trying to activate my FREE roaming service 30 mins. before my flight but to no avail i was unsuccessful! i checked my balance before i left and there it was still saved on my inbox and i still have 250! after 2 days of without using the service, i finally got back and made fex text messages, but when my brother was calling in to check the balance, guess what??? i have 0 load.
I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REPORT THIS CASE AND GUESS WHAT? THE REP JUST HUNG UP! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? SMART IS WAY BETTER IN TERMS OF SERVICE AND INTEGRITY. I REGRET THAT I SWITCHED. HOPEFULLY THIS GETS ACROSS TO EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY GLOBE MANAGEMENT.
IM WORKING IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY AND THIS IS NOT HOW TO APPROACH AND RETAIN SUBSRIBERS/CUSTOMERS.

I'm so upset with globe internet service from my mobile phone. I tried to browse a website but failed instead i was redirected to the globe site and can't log out from there anymore so to my dismay, I turn off my phone and turn on again...when I check my account balance i was so upset i was deducted by P250 of load for nothing... Globe services SUCKS!!! I complained and true enough their representative can't explain so well and however promised me they gonna call back after 2 to 3 working days... its been 7 working days now but still got no call from them!

-i still have P500 credit loaded a week ago-not been used either for texting or calling (both -incoming and outgoing) so walang issue about the maintaining bal.

-tri-band phone of course
-turned the phone on/off;removed sim few times,still nothing happened
-and of course, i don't live on a dead spot, as i've said, it was perfectly fine until yesterday morning.
-AND yes, nareport ko na many times to..wala padin action. napaka inconvnient.

Don't depend on this thread. It's good that we're getting responses on this thread, but I don't think Globe has a system or hired people to check online for complaints. It's still best to give them a call. I sent an email to globe once before as well and I didn't get a reply until after 6 months. I'm sure you don't want to wait that long. -

Inappropriate?I think Globe must be customer-friendly esp. to us loyal and long time subscribers of their company. And you know what? Globe eats my load again and asked for CS to help me on what to do. This happen every time I buy a call card and load up. If I do have load, 29343 is keep on sending me messages saying..."You have new MMS message. Retrieve it from http://www.myglobe.com.ph MMS section. From 2346. Password phaushy Sbj. Top true diva. Message expires after 24 hours." The CS representative apologized for the inconvenience but I do not need the apology, all I want is for them to fix the problem. He asked me to check if I subscribed to any promos from 2346, and told him that I do not remember subscribing to any promos since it will just cost me a lot...Like what's happening to me now wherein Globe eats my load! Anyways, just to fix everything I asked the CS representative on what to do and he immediately give me instructions only to find out that I have two subscriptions, one is this TOPTRUEDIVA, adding to my frustration, I haven’t subscribe to any promos nor letting other people use my phone. I replied to the same number (STOP TOPTRUEDIVA to 2346) and received a confirmation that I was unsubscribed. I thought everything is ok now, but just this morning 29343 sent me messages again (around 10 messages with the same info/text) and these messages charged my account. Tsk! Well, what will I do now? I already followed the instructions but then, nothing happened. All I want is to STOP this mess...Otherwise, I will just subscribe to other NETWORK that won't give me any INCONVENIENCES and definitely not a THIEF!

Inappropriate?I really hate the number (29343) that keeps on sending me that I can retrieve my free MMS message via http://www.myglobe.com.ph MMS section. Every time I receive these messages (often sent more than 5 times), it charges to my account. Every single peso is important to me so I decided to seek for an assistance of their customer service representative to help me out. I followed every single instruction pero hindi pa rin tumitigil mag-send ng MMS retrieval messages yung 29343. I can't remember subscribing to any promos of Globe kaya I feel upset about it...Hope your system could fix everything...Dahil I already did my part manually. So I think this is your call now...

Inappropriate?I contacted Globe customer service since I am still experiencing the problem that I have for 2 months now. Everytime I avail to the UNLITXT service, my extra load will be consumed and I dont really know on my why their system keeps on consuming my basic load. After it happened for about 3 times, I contacted them through email but no one responded me. So I researched on Google on how to reach them through phone. And that was when i talked to an Agent named "Charles"- a rude and an unprofessional support that I ever talked to for my whole life, know what? He just told me to wait with no estimated time frame on when the issue will be fix. He kept on putting me on hold for no reason and keep on saying things all over again. I just hang up and decided to contact the support again (though the network is so busy but i managed myself to get some support who can resolve my issue).
The next agent I talked to was very friendly, To tell you, I am very happy with the Globe promotional services but pretty dissatisfied on the UNLITXT and SULITXT service. She told me that it was down for 2 days and I wonder on why Globe wasnt able to fix that for just that day and why is it the problem keeps on occuring. When your server is down for maintainance or whatsoever, my communcations come to a standstill. Its critical that I cannot avail your UNLITXT and my basic load is consume at the same time. As stated the second agent I talked with was so friendly but I have to say that my overall experience was very poor in that no resolution was reached. This was distressing as I had several contacts waiting for information at that exact moment. With absolutely no resolution, calling your tech support was a further waste of my time.
You guys acted so unprofessional that even your agents doesnt have any proper training on customer service. Customer service is getting an extra mile on what the customer wants, If that seems to be very unreachable for you, you may actually give some available alternatives. Leaving a customer in the sea of mediocrity is so bad that we may have to end up switching to another company if thats the case. If there is any problem with your futile server right at this moment, you may also consider looking that the whole day 24 hours 7 days a week to make sure it will worked based on customers expectations. Dont push me to feature this case in my website which is accessed by most foreigners in abroad. Im not scaring you guys but if circumstances permit, I'll sue you.

Inappropriate?Oo nga ako rin may reklamo ang tagal aksyonan ng complaint ko yung 3 days naging 3 weeks baka maging 3 months pa. nag karoon ako ng 51,000 plus bill s internet browsing hindi ko naman alam kung bakit 1st time kung mag karoon ng bill ng ganito usually below 1,000 lang bill ko. grabe masakit sa ulo sana matulungan ako ng globe more than 8 years n ako subscriber ngayon lang nangyari sa akin ito. Globe help to solve my problem, wala akong pera para ipang bayad dito !
