retrieving MMS message
how can i retrieve a multi-media message? i was texted to go to www.myglobe.com.ph to retrieve my message..but when i go to the page (messaging tab, multi-media messaging service, retrieve multi-media message) the page navigates to an error (the page may be expired or new changes has been made).i dont know where to retrieve the message.pls help.thanks

Inappropriate?Hi Kate. We were able to successfully access the site for retrieval of MMS. Problem may be with the connection. The MMS will only be available for retrieval within 24 hours. You also need the real one player to be able to view MMS online.
The following conditions should however be met for a subscriber to receive an MMS directly to the phone:
a. The handset used is MMS-capable.
b. Account is MMS configured.
c. Configuration to retrieve MMS is set to automatic (check message settings).
d. Handset had strong signal at the time or wasn’t turned off.
e For prepaid Accounts, load must not fall below P25.00
f. phone has sufficient memory space.
