Can only see dollar amount, not Euros
My credit card statement displays a dollar amount, not Euros (I'm in the US). I tried converting to Euros via Google, but the converted amount was rejected. Now what?

Inappropriate?I was contacted by support@myid.is on January 29, saying my name would have to be corrected in your database; then you would send me the amount in Euros. I replied with thanks on 1/29 to support@myid.is. After a few days, I updated my name in my account myself. On 2/5, I again emailed support@myid.is, saying that I was still waiting to hear about this.
Right now I am in limbo. I cannot proceed with registration because I do not know the Euro amount I was charged. And I cannot elicit a response from your support department.
I’m unhappy

Thank you very much. It's all set now. -
Inappropriate? Is it possible to add this as a feature so you don't have to submit a support ticket? I imagine that lots of people deal in dollars (or will if you take off internationally).
Perhaps add a "my currency is" during registration and then send the verification amount in that currency? Setting up a USD account shouldn't be too difficult.
Just a suggestion.
P.S. I have this problem also :)
I’m sad but hopeful

Inappropriate?Hello Justin,
Thank you for your proposition, if the number of people that do not receive the Euro amount in the transaction label in their bank statement increase dramatically, we will certainly implement this feature
I’m thankful
