I'm encouraged to know I'm not the only one with the issue. It might be a system problem rather than a user side issue. -
Inappropriate?Using Firefox 3.5.4 on Vista Home Premium x64
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4) Gecko/20091016 Firefox/3.5.4 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Inappropriate?Tried on Firefox 3.5.4 as well as older versions on both Linux (Ubuntu & Arch) and Windows XP. Same error. I even tried with a portable Firefox version on a Windows machine in order to get a clean profile. Same story. I sent emails and feedback via web form to myopenid.com but still no answer.
I’m frustrated

i also sent feedback and got an email from someone asking me for screenshots of the issue. i sent him a screenshot and asked him to send me one back showing a successful generation of a cert, but that was several weeks ago and i haven't had a response back from him. i think that the functionality is just broken and the janrain folks have their attention elsewhere. -
Inappropriate?I just got an email from JanRain that said:
Thanks for the feedback. We are currently looking into the issue.
Not very impressive...
I’m sad
