Add support for OpenID signup/login.

I know MySpace has enabled (or is working to enable) users to leverage their profile URL as an OpenID. Effectively becoming an OpenID provider. But I already have an OpenID and want to be able to signup & login using it.

So please either incorporate JanRain RPX or enable your own flow to let me use the OpenID of my choosing to login to MySpace.
