If you see a page that you like there usually is a link somewhere telling you where it was edited. It's hard because they're not officially related to myspace. Myspace does have it's own profile editor listed in it's list of services but it looks pretty lame and only uses explorer.
Some times google ads show up with different places to edit your profile.
