My myspace was deleted and I have no idea why, and myspace won't tell me.

I tried to log in one day and found out my entire myspace was deleted.
I never got an email explaining why, and when I messaged myspace asking about it, they simply told me that it had to have been a violation of the TOS. I got no other information even though i insisted that they give me more several times.
But I am 100% positive that there was NOTHING in violation on my profile. I have been harassed by this girl from school for over a year. The majority of it took place on myspace, and while I reported her several times for abusive bulletins and blogs, posting my passwords and emails publicly, and LOTS of other things, nothing was EVER DONE. Myspace kept insisting it "could not find" the violations. One time I got a response saying they DID find the violation and would delete her profile. It told me that if the profile was not taken down in a set amount of time, to message back. When it WASNT taken down, I messaged back and was told - once again - that they "could not find the violation" after all.
I fear that this may have had something to do with her. She had been insisting that I had been harassing her on myspace; I was not worried about it because i hadn't been, so there was no proof.
I would really like to know if she had something to do with it. If she had gone into my account and done something to get my profile deleted, then that would be something the police could actually help me with for once. But myspace is not helpful in the least. It is very frustrating because not only did I lose my profile for no good reason, this bully has "won" an unnecessary victory over me and can continue to slander me and harass me as before with no consequences.
