Hello there i have never se a bad support like names support team when i call all time no answer whenwe sending mail they dont sending answer whene we aksing for help they replay never real the support in name.com is to bad.

I have two problems: one is a week old and unsolved and one that has more than 48 hours and no answer on support@name.com.
1. I have moved a domain to you, I paid for this, but you never moved the domain. also, never answer my e-mail.
2. I have paid for another domain, you sent me an e-mail that said that asia domains are restricted and you refund my money. However, money were never refunded.

The transfer of your domain is awaiting confirmation from the administrative contact email address. Once you have confirmed the transfer, the request will be submitted to the registry, and the transfer will be approved and completed after 5 days. You can expedite this process by contacting the losing registrar and asking them to manually approve the transfer of your domain name.
As for the failed .asia registration, we voided the PayPal transaction on March 10th, 2009. Please contact our support department and we will provide you with the transaction ID issued by PayPal and any other details that you would like.

Inappropriate?My experience is the opposite, just like Antonio. The support is very fast in my opinion. I usually get an answer via mail within 24hrs.
