Inappropriate?Hello Mark,
You do not need to do anything to cancel your domain registration. If you take no action to renew the domain, it will simply expire and be deleted.
May I ask why you might be unhappy with our service? We would love to help make you a happy customer with Name.com!

Inappropriate?Actually you misunderstood my question.
I haven't setup an account yet, but the terms of service were not very clear on termination of service. What I was meaning to ask is if I were to decide the service isn't a good fit and transfer my names out, what is needed to be done in order to prevent any additional billing when canceling the account? For instance 1on1 requires a registered letter (as in postmail or fedex) be sent to cancel an account to prevent billing. While Yahoo requires the account be canceled via the online controls.
I am just very through about researching terms of service. If not can you image the outrage of dealing with a service such as 1on1?
Thanks,

Inappropriate?Hey Mark,
Sorry I missed your follow up. We've been a little short staffed this week due to a bug hitting the office and Matt's been on vacation.
Name.com does not currently autobill domain registrations. That's something we're rolling out very soon. So Matt was correct in that aspect.
Our RapidBlog product needs to be canceled via phone at the moment. Once we roll out autobilling on domains we should be able to complete the online cancellation for all services.
I hope that clears things up.
