I'm having trouble logging in to Napster suddenly. I have been a subscriber for 2 years or so now. When I try to login, it tells me that I cant and that if I have a problem it may be because of proxy settings. Nothing has changed on my computer and my husband is able to log in from his computer. Help!!! I can't get help from Napster without logging in. Anybody else having the same problem?
My napster login popup window is blank. As are all other popup windows that would have any fields that need filled in or links to click.
This happens at random occasions, but now has happened directly after re-installing windows xp, with sp2, windows media player 10 and direct x 9.0c, the same configuration and settings that were working (usually) before.
I downloaded about 300 songs on my SONY MP3 player. Recently when I have tried to listen to my music it says "license has expired" Why can't I listen to the music I've already paid for??? Now that my membership is canceled the songs no longer play!!! More importantly I have NO idea my membership was canceled! That is wrong. So basically I have to pay Napster forever to listen to my MP3 player, right?
The new Napster client version 4.x is available since round about 1 year now in the USA.
But for all that the german Napster customers have to use the very old client version 3.8.1.4 further on, because the new client version still isn't available for download in Germany, despite many promises made by the Napster staff to release it in Germany soon!
We are paying our fees to Napster every month too and that's why we all want to know now:
When can all the loyal german Napster customers participate to the new and more modern Napster client version 4.x at last?
When will client version 4.x be available for download here in Germany finally?
