Don't use Nationwide

Do Nationwide insurance agents work from 10am-5pm only?? Trying to get something started after an accident and NO ONE will get back to us. I would highly recommend using a different insurance company. Even the managers do not care about customer service. We have State Farm and they are much better at customer service
