I was a member of Naughty America last year, and just decided to join again. However, I get a message about "Naughty America is not accepting transactions from your area . . ." Not accepting new transactions from the United States? Or from Arkansas? What the heck is this all about?

i was charged for the same purchase twice. this is a copy of the invoice which i received twice and was charged twice. i would like a refund for this. Naughty America Direct

I was charged $13.93 four more time. This Problem occured 2 weeks ago and now it is happening again. Can you please fix this? Will you erase my credit card info out of your system? VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was overcharge 11 times for 5.97. I only picked 3 videos, didn't download them and deleted the whole program and still was charged. I tried emailing the contacts and the email failed to work. I would like my money back if possible because it has put a major dent into my account!

I am being charged $1.99 over and over (about 6 times now) for the same video. I have only downloaded 2 and have been charged at least 6 times.

Everyone, DO NOT GIVE THE APPLICATION YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD NUMBER. I bought one scene last week for $1.99. Since then I have been charged 34 ADDITIONAL TIMES. There are 11 charges of $5.97 and 1 charge of $3.98. 8 of those charges showed up this morning and I immediately contacted Jason Hanes who I have been in contact with about this situation. I just wanted to let everyone know about my problem.

I was charged six times for the same video. I recieved the charges in three separate billings of 3.98. The scene was Lunchtime Lovin Latina. I would like a refund for the extra charges.

Can't purchase any scenes, because "Authorization failed. please enter....". Credit Card information is correct, name and adress also, but it's outside the US (Germany). May this cause the problem?

I wish Lisa Ann was on Naughty America Direct.

I tried to download three different videos. Each time I was told that there was a problem with the transaction and the video did not download. However I have been charge for all three videos.
