Cannot make any purchases using valid cards/addresses.
No matter what card I try, all with the same valid address, I cannot make a purchase. It keeps telling me that the authorization failed. Could it be that the city/state is an FPO AE address? It is a valid US address, but sometimes payment gateways might have problems with that.
