I have been charged $13.93 four more times!!!!!
I was charged $13.93 four more time. This Problem occured 2 weeks ago and now it is happening again. Can you please fix this? Will you erase my credit card info out of your system? VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Inappropriate?I'm very sorry about this. Most likely it was caused by a delay from your bank rather than on our side. NA Direct is literally disabled and cannot charge anyone's cards at all (and has been this way for weeks). Just so I can make sure, can you send me another email at nadirect@naughtyamerica.com so I can double check the status of any refunds?
