We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please visit http://support.naughtyamerica.com and use the form to send an email directly to customer support. Mention your NA Direct login (ie. email address) and what scene you purchased which could not be downloaded.

They will issue you a refund once the failed purchase/download has been verified.
