Incomplete Download of Purchased Scene
I honestly don't know if this has been reported yet, but for some reason, when I logged off, then turned my computer back on several hours later to continue the downloading of my purchased content, the first one downloaded a whole 1.35MB before it went to the next scene and began downloading....and at a very slow speed. How can I make sure that I will get that scene(and all future ones) in full?

Inappropriate?It's possible that there was a network issue or the file was corrupted. Which scene was it?
Either way we will fix the problem and make sure you get the scenes you paid for.

Inappropriate?It is quite possible that could've been it, but it started fresh when I opened NA Direct, and considered it finished after the 1.35 MB.
The scene was IHW Angelina Valentine.
Also, on a separate note, other than connectivity issues on my end, what would cause a scene to download extremely slowly? It's been going for over an hour now and is only at 3.2 MB, a whole whopping 1%

Inappropriate?Ok we can tackle these both at the same time, but I'll need you to do a traceroute to diagnose the slow download problem.

For the domain name, use "content.naughtyamerica.com", so it should look like either:
tracert content.naughtyamerica.com
or
traceroute content.naughtyamerica.com
After you do that, send me an email at jarin@naughtyamerica.com with the email address you used to sign up to NA Direct, as well as the results of the traceroute.
