Overcharge
I was overcharge 11 times for 5.97. I only picked 3 videos, didn't download them and deleted the whole program and still was charged. I tried emailing the contacts and the email failed to work. I would like my money back if possible because it has put a major dent into my account!

Inappropriate?This did not correct the problem because the email system keeps being sent back I think it is because your site is down or something. I have sent two emails and keep getting email failure notices.
