Netflix has no way to mail me a mailer
Someone (maybe the cleaning woman) threw all my mailers away. I looked on line, expecting that there would be a way to get more mailers mailed to me. Nope. I called customer support. Nope. Ridiculous.
So I mailed back two movies, and now I have to wait until more movies are delivered. What if I had no mailers at all?

Inappropriate? That's really surprising. You'd think they'd allow for this kind of thing happening -- fairly frequently, I'm sure -- and make it easier for customers to return their movies.
I’m unpleasantly surprised

Inappropriate? Why don't they just make a "roll your own" mailer pdf? Peerflix made a really good one for their own service.
I’m perplexed
-
Inappropriate?I like the "roll your own" mailer PDF idea a lot. I do wonder if there might be some kind of potential for abuse with users printing (and perhaps altering) a postage-paid envelope.
If you had no mailers at all and customer support was unwilling to help you, one solution would be to claim that one of the mailer-less titles was lost in the mail. When they send you a new title with a new mailer you return all but the one you claimed was lost, returning it later in its own mailer so it doesn't raise any flags for your account. Or just return them all at once, because they probably won't notice anyway.
I’m such a nice guy

Inappropriate?Regarding tampering with prepaid postage: This is not a concern at all. Businesses are assigned a unique ZIP+4 code when they get a permit for prepaid reply mail, and it is this destination ZIP+4 code that identifies who pays for the delivery. You cannot simply change the address on, say, a Netflix mailer or a magazine subscription envelope to send mail to your girlfriend for free because her address is not in a ZIP+4 code designated to receive business reply mail.

Wow! That's the first helpful thing I've seen all day. And great trivia! -
Inappropriate?Tell her to work at Netflix, then you can send her little treats for free whenever you return your DVDs! What a deal! I'm sure she'll be able to find them; the envelope is bright red, after all.

Inappropriate?Lost both white sleeve and red prepaid return mailer?: return the disc in your own return envelope including a note with your Netflix account email address, and sufficient postage, to the address listed below. We will need your account email address to associate this returned disc with your Netflix account.

Thanks for the info, Alex! -
Inappropriate? The way I solved my problem was to get a mailer from a friend, and sent back two movies in it. I received two more a few days later. Still, it's dumb that you can't request a mailer.
