Went into silverlight beta; They won't let me opt out, EXTREMELY rude reps. Told me to just cancel my account if I cared so much. Cant even use watch-now features no movies can be watched via silverlight.

Inappropriate?I called because since they changed over to the new viewer I cant watch movies either. I was told it is becasuse I have broadband and the signal isnt always the same and that there is nothing I can do besides getting a diffrent internet acsess.
