Why are queue movies with "now" availability passed up for titles lower on the list???

Why is it that movies in my queue that have an availability status of "now" are passed over for movies much lower in my queue? We aren't talking about just one title but whole tv series of discs? They are all from the Dark Shadows collection. I've watched up to collection 19 and now can't get netflix to send anymore titles. I have over 40 Dark Shadows titles in my queue and it skips all of them and goes to the next movie way down the line on my queue?? If Dark Shadows is no longer available on Netflix why does it show up in the search and why can I add it to the queue and even more so,why is the availability on my queue shown as "Now"?? Has anyone else had this problem before???
