question regarding Scroll Follow

I am trying to arrange Scroll Follow for my website, but it seems not working.
I am not sure if I did right.
If you could check the file and give me advice, I would appreciate!
I use Safari3, IE7 and FireFox3.
I would like to move the left side menu div #floatmenu.

Inappropriate?Nyoro, please start by moving all of the javascript calls to the bottom of the page. Right before the end of the "body" tag is the best place.
Do you have Firebug installed? I am getting the error: "$("ul#animation").innerfade is not a function". Errors like this will need to be resolved before I can view the behavior of scroll follow.
Moving the scripts to the bottom of the page may help because the script might be trying to access the dom before it is fully loaded.
