Website not displaying correctly

Real newbie to netvibes but can see just how valuable this will be for me. I am sure it's something I'm doing wrong but am completely stumped. I use an online CRM system (based on saleslogix) for my job and although this works fine in IE as a stand-alone website, I can't get it to work within netvibes. Basically there is a left hand navigation column where all the icons are usually displayed but for some reson do not appear.

At the moment I have to open it in a seperate IE session which obviously is not ideal. I've tried this on a sepearate PC (same result) and through a differnet browser "opera" all of which gives the same result.

Any advice greatly appreciated
