Error loading data for longer timespans
I can never get any graph to load for ranges longer than 24 hours. After thinking for a while it gives me 'error loading data'.
This is pretty annoying considering data retention is one of the main reasons I have a paid account. What's going on?

Inappropriate?Your account should be much faster now. We discovered a dropped index for all of our accounts just about the time you reported the problem on Get Satisfaction. It took a few days to rebuild the index (we collect a lot of data) but we're done now. As an FYI - some pages access more data than others and will be slower. However, the page response times you were seeing were unacceptable.
