I've started on a firefox extension that shows application health of an application in your status bar. You can install it at https://overstimulate.s3.amazonaws.co... - or look at the code at http://github.com/anotherjesse/foxy-r...
After entering your license key, it will periodically (configurable) grab your application health and update the status bar. If you click it will take you to the overview-url, and if you hover, it will show you the current metric value.
