No Logs with NewRelic under Passenger, and Apache 2
No Logs, CentOS 5, Passenger (Version: GIT Master), and no evidence that it is working, also - the tests don't run.
We're using New Relic (latest) on our system - in developer mode on my mac, it logs fine (I enabled 'production mode' even though it's running locally.
I can't debug this, and it's really getting me down, where should I even start ?
Thanks in advance, our account name is .....@setfiremedia.com - hopefully they can look us up...
I'm really at a loss as to where to go next as it transpires, none of our tests will run, anywhere on any of my machines, or even the rails default tests... I wonered if maybe there was a rake task to test, like there is for hoptoadapp?

Inappropriate?Hi Lee,
Sorry your having troubles. Have you worked through the debug steps in our faq? http://sites.google.com/a/newrelic.co...
If so, how about emailing us at support@newrelic.com and we'll work through the issue. We'll be sure and post the resolution here or update the faq as appropriate to help others.
Thanks,

Inappropriate?Hi Steve,
I followed the debugging tips, to no avail - they behave as expected - but I do not see any newrelic logs in any of my start log files, or in any of the Apache/Rails logs for the app.
I did wonder if that I am using RailsBaseURI is throwing things, and not serving the application from the DocumentRoot - I did look at your implementation of the passenger code, to no avail.
I've been advised by Jim G to contact someone via email, so I'm about to follow up and do that now.
Thanks again .. it's a smiley face now :)
I’m happier

Inappropriate?Lee we've learned that New Relic won't work on Passenger Edge at this time. We aren't sure what the issue is yet but we'll try to get it fixed in advance of a new release tag. Sorry!

Inappropriate?Since the last update, Passenger has released version 2.0.5 and we have released an agent, 2.7.4 which will work with that version. So at the moment New Relic is working with the latest passenger release. We can't guarantee at any moment that it will work with Passenger Edge though.
