Not seeing transaction tracer data
I have transaction tracing enabled but I am not seeing any transactions logged. All the other configuration details are the defaults. I am using version 2.7.4 of the plugin and I have a silver plan.

Inappropriate?Hi Mike,
Please make sure that you have this value set in your newrelic.yml file.
transaction_tracer:
enabled: true
The mongrels will need to be restarted after the change is made.
Please let us know if this doesn't resolve your issue. -
Inappropriate?Mike, the next thing I can think of is that there may be some problems uploading the transaction tracer data. Can you please do two things?
First, update the agent to the latest release which is 2.8.0. You can install this from http://newrelic.rubyforge.org/svn/new...
Next, if after re-deploying and restarting mongrels that does not work, can you send me the newrelic_agent.XXXX.log files in your logs directory? Probably only need one of them.
Let us know what happens. You can send the log files to me at support@newrelic.com -
Inappropriate?Still not seeing traces, here is the data:

could it just be that I have no slow traces to report?
I’m inquisitive

Inappropriate?Hi Mike,
You should see:
Transaction tracing is enabled in agent config
Since you don't, it looks to me like the transaction tracer feature is not enabled. It might be a simple typo problem in the newrelic.yml. Can you email us a copy of your newrelic.yml file? Email to support@newrelic.com.
Sorry this is causing so much trouble. We'll get it sorted out!

Inappropriate? It's working now -- you're right, I had it enabled in common but not in the production environment.
I’m happy
