Reporting on two machines
When I use two hosts - the mongrel instances reporting disappear from the dashboard on home page. (same lic key for both box)
If I revert back to one host, then it reappears again.
Is this a bug?
(I am using it in production)

Inappropriate?Hello,
I'm not sure if I fully understand your problem but we can investigate. If you email us at support@newrelic.com we can investigate the specifics of your account data.
One thing to bear in mind is that RPM takes mongrel connections on a first come first served basis, so for example you have a free trial license, we will only report on 2 mongrels at any given time. If you take down one of the mongrels on one host the next mongrel to start (on any host) will be accepted by RPM and displayed on your dashboard. I'm not sure if this info is specific to your situation but I thought it might help. Cheers,

Inappropriate?This isn't a bug, it's a feature ;-)
Here's our logic - if you have less than 5 mongrels, we show each one. Five or more and we only show the hosts. We figure as the number of mongrels grows, at some point you don't care about each mongrel but rather care about the Host rollup.
There still is a way to breakout data by Mongrel. If you are using a "Cluster" to group your mongrels together, then in the "Overview" screen you can click the drop-down menu and choose "Cluster Breakout". This will show separate streams of data for the mongrels that are part of your Cluster.
I hope this helps!
