Stats aren't showing right
Our stats are showing all zero's today when I try to pull up any data. Yesterday they were all showing level lines in the middle of the graphs, something is wrong.

I don't mind working through it here.
The issue I see is that yesterday (the top pic) was showing a steady straight line on the middle of the graph... This is statically impossible and didn't reflect the timings shown on the dashboard.
Today I am seeing all zero's per the second picture I posted, across the board, and older views/stats seem to be all zero now.
This account was working fine a few days ago, and is an EY account.
My other accounts (non-EY) are all working and reporting fine. -

A 30 minute flatline may well mean that the agent was unable to connect to the server.
I am a bit confused by your time win it seems like your time window selected is 02/02 in the .pngs. That would explain why I don't see the flatline.
Can you verify your time window and send us the agent logs for the time period in question?
