Top level data present, drill-down data missing
I have 2.5.3 installed and I'm getting the top-level information for response time, throughput, etc., but when I click on any item, the charts fail to load any data. All the results are blank and the controller actions are just sorted alphabetically with 0ms response times. Things were running fine until a few days ago (about the time i noticed the visual update to the site). I'm not aware of any changes on our end. Any suggestions?
Incidentally, your FAQ (http://sites.google.com/a/newrelic.co...) still points to the old version number file.

Inappropriate?Jeffrey,
Sorry for not responding sooner. I don't seem to be having any problems with your account. What browser are you using? Can you try a different one to see if it makes a difference? Possibly from a different machine?
- Steve -
Inappropriate?I primarily use Safari on a Mac. Also just tried Firefox 3 on the Mac and then went to a windows XP machine and tried IE7. All have the same results.

Inappropriate?Hi Jeffrey - we just discovered a bug that might be responsible for what you are seeing. I see that your NR prefs say you are in Central Time. Is your computer's OS set to Central Time as well or is it something different?
-
Inappropriate? We changed our server time to UTC, but that was awhile back. I didn't realize they needed to be in sync. Should I change the NR time zone now?
-
Inappropriate?Sure enough, this seems to be the issue. I had my window set at 30 minutes, but if I increase it to 24 hours, I suddenly have data.
I'd like the 30 minute window to still be useful. What's the proper course of action here? -
Inappropriate?Hi Jeffrey,
It doesn't matter what time your app servers are set to. The bug we're seeing is when your desktop OS time zone is different from your NR time zone preference.
If this is still the problem you're seeing, then it should be fixed later today when we push out a bug fix.

Inappropriate?Thanks, Jim.
