Twitter integration reports features not available at current plan

Twitter integration reports features not available at current plan. For example, I'm at Bronze but RPM tweeted about the Error threshold which is not available at my plan level. Clicking on the link brings me to the upsell page. This is inconsistent with the Email integration, since I've never received any emails about error threshold.
