Credit Purchase Process is Horrible Last reply on June 04, 2008 13:33.
The process to purchase credits for the first time is absolutely horrible. When making an ecommerce transaction of electronic goods/services one expects to receive the product immediately. Only after submitting payment details are you told that it takes between 1-2 hours to receive your first set of credits.
It gets worse. 1-2 hours isn't the end of the world and can certainly be managed. 17 hours (and counting), however, is unacceptable.
It almost seems like the verification process happens offline - I find this hard to believe but can't really come up with another reason. -
