Can we email issues into the system and receive notifications? Will we be able to reply to issue updates via email?

For solo/small enterprises, what are the similarities/differences between a "bug and issue tracking application" and "project management application"?

As I've been waiting for an invite with bated breath, I've gotten to wondering: If you decide running Sifter isn't a viable business (or if it isn't any fun), what's your plan? Or, more to the point, what's the plan for your customers?

Do you imagine a way for people to download their data? Would you release the code to your customers so they could keep running it? Would we just be up the creek?
