Sometimes even a good product like Sifter just crashes....
Here is a plain, good old fashioned bug in sifter:
You open https://rsap.sifterapp.com/projects/2...
and one gets:
We're sorry, but something went wrong.
It's our fault, and we've automatically been notified. We're really sorry about the inconvenience, and we promise to get this corrected as soon as possible.
Now, the to the "as soon as possible" part. This message was our companion for the last 2 months, the issue has been resolved but we cannot delete or close it (which would be an acceptable solution ;-)

Inappropriate?First off, I'm really sorry that we didn't get a response to this message or a resolution to the problem sooner. We will likely need some more information and assistance in tracking the problem down.
We receive very few exception notices, and we generally address them within a day, so if it's still occurring, it's likely that we're going to need some help reproducing the problem. I'll keep you posted, and will make this my top priority right away. Again, I'm really sorry about the inconvenience.
I’m apologetic

Inappropriate?Tom, I've still been unable to reproduce this problem, but, based on the stack trace and exception information, I believe that I've found and corrected the problem.
Sorry for the delay. Let me know if it's working when you have a chance.
