Cant reset password!

No matter what i do i can not reset my password for rolando 2 plus acount. i tried my computer and my ipods safari app and i got same results.

1. i get the email.
2. i click the link.

Pick a new password for (no name?! might be part of problem)
Password:
Confirm Password:

3. i type my desired new password twice (varry carefully).
4. it says the following:
3 errors prohibited this user from being saved

There were problems with the following fields:

* Email can't be blank
* Email is too short (minimum is 3 characters)
* Email has already been taken

Pick a new password for
Password:
Confirm Password:

NOTE: THERE IS NO EMAIL FEILD.
