Can't sign into Plus+

I am trying to logon to plus+ within "eliminte Pro' and I can't seem to login or reset my password. Whenever I try to login, it shakes and says invalid gamertag or password... and when i try to reset my password, i enter my email, and then it says 'internal error'. Ive tried using wifi and 3G and same problem.. I also tried to create a new gamertag and it keeps saying invalid gamertag.. but ive tried every gamertag possible, no swear words in it; ive tried weird names that i know have not been taking like 'poolhog' or something also, like 'growtime1' and its not accepting.. what is wrong? ALso I've tried this with all plus games, topple2, scarecrow, etc.... HElp!
