Rolando 2: 46 Levels? But I count 39

Hi, I finished Rolando 2 last night, and I have a question: Rolando 2 is consistently promoted as having 46 levels, but I only count 39 playable levels. (If the tutorial levels are supposed to count, I can't go back to play or count those.) Am I missing some levels somehow? Are more to come?

What I count: Majestic Shores: 10 + Savage Jungle: 10 + Mysterious Temple: 10 + Cavernous Caves: 5 + Stormtop Mountain: 4 = 39
