No matter what I can not log into this game. I have no idea why my
signifigant other can on both our itouch and I cant. I my user id is being
rejected for religeous reasons im going to delete the game.nice looking game

Hi Andi,
After some digging with your username, we've found an error with having either the ":" or ")" character in your username for logging into the HQ.
We'll work on a fix for this, but if you'd like to start playing immediately, please create an account without those characters.
If you'd like to keep your email address while recreating the account to not have those characters, we can delete your account so you can start over. Please email us at support@plusplus.com and link this thread as a reference (you'll have to email us from the same email account the username tied to, so that we can verify).

Are you saying that your significant other can log in with your device, but you can't? Can you log in on their device?
If you have already signed up for an account, than your Plus+ name has already passed our profanity filters. -
Inappropriate?Allen, i have the same problem. Started a topic here, but no one seems to care about it. Since the first day i downloaded and installed the game on my device, i''m not able to connect to "HQ"! Not over Wifi, not over 3g! I did reinstall, reset my iphone! For nothing! Today i disabled auto lock on the iphone, run eliminate pro for 1 hour to see if it connects. Did the same for 3g. Two hours of spinning wheel and "connecting to HQ"!! Plusplus works fine, logs in in seconds". I really think your servers block my id of any reason and im just so pissed right now! I waited half a year on this game, with daily praises on the TouchArcarde Forums and now this. All my friends play it, and i can't even start with it! It's a mess!
To answer your question: there is NO error message. It just doesnt connect. if i want to start a world/friend match, it says "no connection to eliminate servers. Try again later"
my device: iphone 3G, latest OS 3.1.2
I would really hate to give this masterpiece a one star!

Have you tried creating another Plus username just to see if that works?
Where are you located in the world?
Do you happen to have access to another iDevice that has been able to properly connect to HQ in eliminate? A friend perhaps? -
Inappropriate?I requested plusplus support to delete my account. Made brand a new one ( same email adress of the deleted account), but no success.

i did not have the opportunity to check if connection works on a friends idevice. Second pluplus account ( with other new email adress) would be my next step to do... But i prefer the email adress that is now in use.

Sent the email for deletion request. Once deleted, i do a new account with proper characters so i can play the game as soon as possible.
