Topple 2 started crashing after a few weeks of playing fine

I played halfway through Topple 2 in about a week. After that, the app would crash when I started it or show a buggy screen in one of the Electricity levels before crashing or freezing the screen. I deleted the app but don't know if I can try to redownload this app for free to see if that would help me finish the game. Apple sent me here. So any info would be great.
