Allow Network Creators to turn off 'Attach File(s)'
On our network, I know I would prefer if members didn't attach files so that each other member had to click multiple links to see them. But the way those form fields are included, it seems like the easiest / most recognizeable option.
Due to the HTML structure, there aren't custom classes on that 'add discussion' area to we as NC's can't use a display:none to target that one area to turn those off.
It really is annoying to click 10 links to see attachments. Let us turn those off somehow and make the default option to add the images inline with the copy.
