The photo issue was related to Get Satisfaction's CDN caching issues.

Cool, I see your image is working. I thought it would have looked more professional if your name was capitalized buy hey, it has always been a pet peeve of mine when representing myself as a professional.
I see you want to stand your ground and leave your name as it is, no worries. I was a little bored and since I rarely cause any trouble for Ning staff, thought I would mess with you.
