Trouble ticket ignored?
Why can't I get a NING response on my help tickets? Now 48 hours and my network redirect is still down. If any NING folks are monitoring, the trouble ticket number is #00039598. Please help, I've got lots of folks locked-out!

Inappropriate?Ugh. They read the ticket incorrectly, politely told me everything was fine and closed it. Replied 3x to the help center w/o an answer. Opened a new ticket. What a circus - new ticket number should a NING employee be watching is #00040835. thanks.
