What's your Wii fitness age? Last reply on March 13, 2008 01:52.

"Wii Sports fitness mode calculates a player's "fitness age", a rating with a scale from twenty to eighty, by gauging the player's performance in three randomly chosen challenges from the training mode. Calculating the fitness age takes into account a player's balance, speed, and stamina. The test itself can only be taken once a day per Mii. Fitness age results are graphed over one, two, or three months. Daily results are also posted on the Wii Message Board. This is analogous to Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day!, a game focusing on mental fitness, available for the Nintendo DS." - Wiki

I'd love to find out how they'll do this in the new Wii Fit "game"

Does anyone have any tips for Wii bowling? Last reply on January 03, 2008 15:13.

I just got my Wii, and I love Wii Sports, but I can't seem to figure out how to play the bowling game. It seems like there's a trick to letting go of the ball, but I can't figure it out. Does anyone have any tips for me?

Can you put spin on the tennis ball in Wii Sports? Last reply on December 03, 2007 18:33.

One of my favorite parts of real-world tennis is spin: sidespin (for tweakage), bottomspin (for slowing it down), and topspin (for speeding it up). Is there any way to use spin in the Wii Sports tennis game?

What different pitches can I throw in Wii Sports and how do I trigger them? Last reply on December 03, 2007 06:40.

Just started playing and I'm not at all clear on what pitches are available, and what I have to do to make use of them. For instance, can I do a curve ball? And how do I throw the ball inside or outside (left or right)?
