How do I get the best video output from a Wii on my HDTV?
And is Nintendo planning on releasing an HD-ready version?

Inappropriate?1. Get a Wii component video cable from Amazon
You're probably best off getting the one Nintendo makes, but I'm sure this three dollar one works perfectly fine.
2. Go into your Wii settings and make sure its set to 16:9 if you have a widescreen TV
3. Play Wii in 480p
No HDMI, but this small company has put together a VGA (computer monitor connector) cable that does 480p into monitors and older HD sets.
I’m confusing you with too many choices
