my wii will not work with my new video gaming projector, any suggestions why?
I bought the Torpedo LCD projector to play with the wii, but the video output is all garbled. The projector WILL work if I plug in a DVD player. Is the wii video output in HD, maybe?

Inappropriate?As far as I know most Wii RCA connectors for projectors and TVs have 5 cables for HD. The Torpedo is expecting analog RGB in a single line. (the yellow wire)

Under theory it should work fine however the Torpedo is considered a "toy" and has a Max. resolution of "940 x 240" does your Wii setting match that? Your problem sounds like a problem with the video card resolution support. (The Wii has an ATI card capable of HD output)

Inappropriate?You might try setting your Wii to output interlaced video at NTSC resolution. If the Torpedo does only 240 lines of resolution, that's the best signal it can handle. The Wii may be set to progressive scan, which the Torpedo would be unable to display.
