What budget is remaining?

I'm interested in the way in which you've split the budget. Given that this is a beta, and a few people have pointed out that changes will be forthcoming: what percentage of the original budget is still available to fix the issues with the beta? What is the roadmap spend for the next few weeks and months? And how will you prioritise these fixes?
