Assign task to other people

I think that would be c00l to be able to assign people that is not already in the project.. It'd be invite them and assign a task at the same time..

because sometimes happen that I have forgot invite them first... Or just to save seconds :P

nokahuna is already very cool more than too many other tasks app... its just ideas that I think would improve my/the others experiences
