Change question mark
Hi,
No Kahuna is working out great for me so far. After trying a lot of different project management tools I really do think your simplicity model is an advantage. Please keep up the good work!
Here is a suggestion: Instead of using a question mark for users who have not uploaded an avatar, what if you used a silhouette instead? I think this might be less ambiguous to users because the question mark signifies that there is somehow confusion or something unresolved.
I think people try to click on the question mark or puzzle out what it is -- especially if they aren't used to using web applications like this. Whereas an outline of a person's head would signify pretty clearly. The main place I notice this is on task and messages pages.
Thanks.
