Separate activity and comments
Both comments and other activities (like changing the category or user) of a task are listed in one big list. This makes it harder to have a quick overview of all the discussion on a particular task.
I think it would be better if activity and comments where displayed in two separate lists. You could even use 3 tabs ("Comments","Activity","All") to make sure it doesn't clutter the interface.

This is a good point. I am not so sure of the tabs as that would reduce the importance of changing the category vs a comment - which are both significant actions. But it might be possible to filter the list, e.g via tick box: Show only comments. We'll defenitely think about that!
