Small changes for tasks get too much attention

When editing a task, No Kahuna always show your change in the Activity-log. It shows the full text of the task as it was and what the text is now.

I'm not a very good typist; and fixing my typos always clutters the activity-log with uninteresting changes. Even changing "eloborate" to "elaborate" will print out the entire task twice in the log!

You could show a one line instead: displaying the changed words in bold or just have a little checkbox while editing that says: "Don't make a new revision" or "Don't show this change" (can be unchecked by default)
