Before using No Kahuna, many of the basecamp messages we had were really tasks.
On some of the projects we're working on now, we use both No Kahuna and Basecamp (for the messages primarily). On other projects, we've stopped using Basecamp because the number of messages on those projects was so small that we just use email for messages.
